Tipaume 2025 Pre-sale (1,000 bottles)
Tipaume 2025 is a very special vintage for our vineyard.
Unlike previous years, this wine is 100% Carménère and had a limited production of only 1,000 bottles, made as a tribute to Yves Pouzet, founder and winemaker of Viña Tipaume.
The harvest took place on April 24, 2025, carefully selecting the grapes at their optimal ripeness. This harvest resulted in a wine faithful to the historical style of the vineyard, prioritizing elegance, freshness, and balance.
This vintage was vinified by his son, François Pouzet, together with Valentina Grez, Yves' wife, faithfully following the same style and "recipe" that Yves developed throughout his life: respect for the grape, minimal intervention, and time as the main ally.
The wine was bottled on January 6, 2026, concluding a patient and deeply artisanal process. Currently, the wine is in its bottle aging process, a key stage for its proper stabilization and aromatic expression.
For this reason, the estimated dispatch date is from March 6.
Our wines are made in tune with ancient traditions, similar to those historically used in Europe, particularly in the region of Georgia, considered one of the cradles of wine. Fermentation and maceration are carried out slowly, with their skins, allowing the wine to evolve naturally in our underground cellar.
Tipaume 2025 is a 12.5% alcohol wine, easy to drink, balanced and very versatile when pairing with food, designed to accompany different moments and not just special occasions. It is an honest, pleasant and expressive wine, which reflects the character of Carménère and the family legacy of the vineyard.
At Viña Tipaume, wines are made and refined in French barrels, always respecting the character of the fruit and seeking elegance over power.
Our wines are dispatched artisanally and on a small scale, prepared directly by our family.

Authenticity is born when land and passion work together.
From the beginning, viticulture was organic, and years later, biodynamic. The vineyards are not irrigated, because the aim is for the roots to penetrate as deep as possible into the subsoil, in search of water and minerals that provide greater complexity to the wines.
