Our wines are produced using traditional methods and in accordance with age-old traditions, just as wines were made in Europe, particularly in Georgia.
With minimal intervention and a long fermentation and maceration process with their skins, our wines mature slowly in our underground cellar.
The vineyard is planted primarily with Carménère, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Lacrima Cristi, and Viognier. Our wines are a blend of all these varieties, but Carménère predominates (approximately 60%, depending on the vintage).
In the case of Tipaume, the wines are made in French oak barrels.
